On Thursday, September 29th I had the pleasure of joining Regina M. Daigre in a non-partisan candidate forum hosted by the Fayette County NAACP. We were able to address some of the concerns that members of our community have about the future of our school system.

On September 16, I was honored to host and speak for National POW/MIA Recognition Day at American Legion Post 105. Celebrated annually on the third Friday in September, this is a day to remember the sacrifices and services of those who were prisoners of war (POW), as well as those who are missing in action (MIA), and their families.

I attended the Frontline Policy Council August Luncheon in Peachtree Corners with BOE Member, Randy Hough. We heard guest speakers giving their testimony about the power of Conservative small businesses.

The Fayette County Accountability Courts team works to help the Fayette County DUI Court in their mission to identify and educate those with addictions through accountability and treatment to strengthen our community in a collaborative court setting. I am blessed to be able to continue to help our community by recently being appointed to the Board of Advisers of the “Fayette County Accountability Court Team Inc.”.
